  • Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (hashed) via our authentication provider, Supabase. If you sign up via Google, we receive your email and basic profile information.
  • Payment Information: We use Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record. We do not store your credit card details or billing address directly. All payment processing is handled securely by Lemon Squeezy.
  • Usage Data: We collect data regarding the pricing models, packages, and configurations you create within the application to provide the service.

1.2. Automated Information Collection

We use automated data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns to improve our service:

  • Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to analyze website traffic and user behavior. Google Analytics collects information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited.   • Hotjar: We use Hotjar to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf. Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a robust backend-as-a-service provider. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors (like Lemon Squeezy for payments, Supabase for database/auth) who perform services on our behalf.
